Interstellar: 10th Anniversary Special Edition

Interstellar is the 4th studio album from October, then known as Luna, released in January 2011. The album spawned four singles, including the lead single and Kylie Minogue cover "Can't Get You Out of My Head", produced by Greg Kurstin, and third single "Super Human", produced by Kaskade. This album marks the first collaboration between October and Röyksopp with the Coldplay-sampled second single "Galaxy", promo single "Astronaut", and album track "Boys". Three months after release, a deluxe edition entitled Intergalactic was released with a bonus disc of remixes and live tracks, coinciding with the final single release of "Breaking the Code".

Butterfly Records will be ringing in the new year by releasing an electrifying 10th Anniversary Special Edition series of Interstellar, including the album on Standard CD, Deluxe CD/Bluray, Cassette, and Vinyl. Each format includes the never-before-heard unreleased track from the Interstellar sessions, "Life Story", plus five bonus tracks from the original album release. The Deluxe Bluray disc includes all music videos from the album digitally remastered in HD for Bluray. Four different colors of double 12" vinyl will be released on heavyweight 180-gram vinyl. All four singles from the album, along with the Intergalactic re-release disc, will be released on galactic colored 12" vinyl and CD with updated 10th Anniversary artwork. The 10th Anniversary Special Edition digital album and digital EP's for each single will be available from today and physical formats of the album and all singles will release on January 30th. All album formats pre-ordered from Butterfly Records will include an exclusive bonus promo CD of "Astronaut". Promotion ends January 29th at 11:59 PM EST.
