Interstellar: 10th Anniversary Special Edition

It's a weird thing letting go of an album. You feel so excited to be writing it, so enjoyable to be recording it, so accomplished when you finish it, and thrilled to pieces when you release it to the world. Music has always been a key root to my identity. An open door inviting you to all see what's inside. And after releasing six albums, I am pleased to announce the release of my seventh.

It's called Cloud Living and will be the first album of mine to release on my birthday (October 15th). But, Cloud Living is not just an album: it's a film. Both the music and the film were circulated around topics such as rebirth, adventure, discovery, love, pleasure, understanding, and death. Cloud Living is not meant to be portrayed as a singular life, but as an alternate life. I have found that in life, you can discover a new part of yourself. You can change and create and discover and become a stronger individual. Cloud Living seems like a life choice to me; a step into a different direction that changes your path. Only when you lose everything, you will find yourself.

I chose to pick the last chapter of the film, "What if This is All a Dream?", as the first single because it is such a magical track. This song was also my first collaboration with Moby, and I've been a long-time fan of his. We created this musical masterpiece; an out-of-body experience that leaves sparkles in my eyes. This track ended the film in such a brilliant way so I want everyone to enjoy the song first and then see how it all comes together when they watch the film. The single will release in various physical and digital formats October 1st.

The film was directed by Robin Kempe-Bergman of iamamiwhoami. He captured the very being of Cloud Living to share with all of you. The desperation and intimacy that lingers beneath the throbbing synth machines and sharp vocals. Cloud Living has been made perfectly clear for all to enjoy.
