1) Grandloves / Purity Ring / Shrines
Recently discovered these two and I am already obsessed. Their debut album "Shrines" is a REALLY good electronic album. This track is especially important, it's got a very peaceful and soothing feel to it. The way the girl sings so high-pitched is so kid-like, yet the lyrics are so abstract and unique. It's like a twisted little girl is singing them. Maybe that's right?

2) Kill / iamamiwhoami / Kin
The album of the year, obviously. I am just obsessed with the iamamiwhoami project, the way the videos build onto each other with such creativity and deep connection to the music. I love when music and film collaborate together, not just some 3-minute random video thrown out from a typical artist. With this one, the music is so simple and then grows upon itself, same with Jonna's vocals. The plot thickens. The ending is amazing, by the way. So throbbing and exciting, leaves me wanting more.

3) I'll Be Your Operator / The Elephants / A Mission of Beauty
So I signed these guys a while ago and BOY did I do good! These guys really know what electronic music is. So catchy, so uplifting. That's how this song is.

4) Teen Idle / Marina & the Diamonds / Electra Heart
I am very obsessed with Marina, how fun and quirky the lyrics are and how she sings them just make me so happy. This song is a really good one, it kind of describes how I feel about my teenage years. Very sinister.

5) Settle Down / No Doubt / Settle Down - Single
THEY'RE BACK! I have loved No Doubt for a long time, and they are finally back with new material! Only No Doubt would throw a new 6-minute track at you. Your faves could never! The track is really good too, it's kind of like reggae meets hip-hop meets pop. It's good to know they haven't lost their stuff. Bravo!

6) Radio / Lana Del Rey / Born to Die
Miss Lana Del Rey has definitely caught my attention with her debut. Her voice is just so... perfect. So rich and able to hit those notes. The whole album is just really good for driving fast in the dark. Very dangerous yet self-reflecting. This track has a vintage feel to it, like something on some record you rediscovered, so you played it and you just sat there and realized you just struck fucking music GOLD. It's like that.

7) All Through the Night / Cyndi Lauper / She's So Unusual (Remastered)
Okay yes I know it's a blast from the past, but I have rediscovered this track and really like how it sounds. The synths are just so pretty in this song. And Cyndi is such an inspirational person to me. The bitch can sing too.

8) Angels / The XX / Angels - Single
Oh god, I just love how soothing and soft their music sounds. Makes me feel so good. This is good music.

9) Hands / The Ting Tings / Sounds from Nowheresville (Deluxe Edition)
I LOVE The Ting Tings. This is pop music! Everything they make is so catchy and fun. This one is really, really good. I actually covered this on my MTV Unplugged session. Probably not as good as the original though!

10) Hand in Hand / Thema / Gladiatrix
I love Thema and her music. This one is a sad track from the album but I feel it's very important to the album. Thema knows how to tear my heart open.

11) CASTLE OF GLASS / Linkin Park / LIVING THINGS
Linkin Park makes really good music and their new album is constantly on replay for me. This song starts off soft but builds up. Lyrics are really emotional as well.

12) Virus (Hudson Mohawke Peaches and Guacamol Remix) / Bjork / Biophilia Remix Series III - Single
BJORK IS GOD.

13) Light Speed (featuring October) / Davin / Nightlife (Deluxe Edition)
Davin is one of my best friends, it was really fun working with him for this album. "Nightlife" is one of my favorite albums of the year.

14) Koko / Joe / Liberty (Deluxe Edition)
Joe ALWAYS knows how to get me dancing. I swear. "Liberty" is just a brilliant album.

15) Glory Verse / Maps / We Can Create
In love with Maps and his music. So overjoyed I got to work with him for my next album!

16) After (iamamiwhoami Remix) / Moby / The Right Thing (Remixes)
A really good musician with a really good song remixed by a really good group. Fabulous track.

17) Cradled / Jo E / Jo E: Cradled Edition
LOVE it. Jo is one of my best friends and we are also label mates. His music just rocks my world.

18) Splendor / M83 / Hurry Up, We're Dreaming
This whole album just gives me goosebumps. Anthony makes music with such an inspiring and creative emotion, I don't know how the hell he does it. Really makes you feel youthful and happy with life. He cuts open the core of happiness and mixes it with electronic music to get his albums. I don't think anyone can NOT like his music.

19) Come Join Us (featuring M83) / October / Horoscope
Is it illegal to vote for myself? Whatever.

20) Longevity / Yeasayer / Longevity - Single
To top it all off, Yeasayer's new music. It's so weird, I love it. Shake your ass to this one.
